1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using TachPartners ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including organizations, administrators, members, and visitors.
2. Description of Service
TachPartners provides a cloud-based management platform for flying clubs, aircraft partnerships, and fixed-base operators (FBOs). The Service includes scheduling, billing, maintenance tracking, member management, and related features. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
3. Account Registration
To use the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Subscription and Payment
Paid plans are billed on a monthly basis per aircraft. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. Free trials do not require a credit card and automatically convert to paid plans at the end of the trial period only with explicit consent.
5. User Responsibilities
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) interfere with or disrupt the Service; (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service; (d) upload malicious code or content; (e) resell or redistribute the Service without authorization.
6. Data Ownership
You retain all rights to your data. We do not claim ownership over any content you upload or create using the Service. You grant us a limited license to use your data solely to provide and improve the Service. Upon account termination, you may request an export of your data within 30 days.
7. Limitation of Liability
TachPartners is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not responsible for any aviation safety decisions made based on data in the platform. Maintenance tracking, flight times, and scheduling information are provided as tools to assist management — they do not replace proper aviation record-keeping practices or regulatory compliance obligations.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate at any time. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease. We will retain your data for 30 days after termination, after which it may be permanently deleted. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
